Weyrling Marlisa

Appearance: Marlisa is 5'9 and weighs 135. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Her
hair is short and scruffy looking. She has a slight limp to her, caused by one of her father's runners when it got scared and stomped on Marlisa's right foot. Even though it wasn't badly hurt, she still has a slight limp. Her voice is light and sometimes she speaks so softly that people have to ask her to repeat
what she had said. She has a long scar on her right arm, just below the elbow that she had gotten as a child when she tried to pour her mother and herself some klah and hadn't realized how hot the drink was and dumped it and it dumped on her right arm. She wears no jewelry or weapons.

Personality: Marlisa is a hard worker but has trouble making friends. She prefers to stay by herself most ofthe time, but is willing to help anyone out whenever needed. She spends a lot of her free time sketching different scenery around Telgar Hold, but her favorite thing to sketch is dragons and their riders. But she hides her sketches so that no one can see them or to critisize her drawings.

History: Marlisa grew up at Telgar and had lived there all of
her young life. From a young age, Marlisa had hopes of
being found on search for a clutch at Telgar Weyr, but
whenever a searchrider arrived at the hold, she was
not discovered. So, she helps her mother out at the
hold while her father and brother raise runners. Her
brother Tristan has no wish to be a dragonrider, but
enjoys working with runners. Marlisa realizes that her
chances of being found on search ever lessening, as
she gets older, she hopes that maybe a searchrider
from another Weyr would find her, but so far, none had
come from any other Weyrs. So, she learns to make
different treats that her family loves and how to make
them right. When Marlisa reached the age of 14 turns,
her mother let her take over the baking while her
mother did all the cooking.

Dragonet's Name: Jrieth
Age: New Hatched

Physical Descriptions: Jrieth is a medium colored
green, small and graceful. She maybe medium green in
color but has light blue hues on her wings that
Marlisa noticed shortly after impressing Jrieth. But
the blue really can't be seen that well unless a
person is close to Jrieth.

Personality Description: Jrieth maybe smaller than
her brothers and sisters, but she likes to make her
thoughts known to Marlisa. She believes that Marlisa
should know all that she feels and why. Jrieth maybe
shy and timid, but Marlisa is sure that she will grow
out of that in time. Jrieth doesn't like anyone who is
pushy or bossy, as she thinks that people are all the
same and that everyone should treat each other the
same way. She knows that she isn't a gold but to her,
they are all equal. She knew that before she and
Marlisa left the hatching grounds, that Marlisa took a
piece of her shell as a memory of the hatching. Jrieth
knows that Marlisa had wrapped it in some hide, and
put it in her trunk, which to Jrieth was fine by her.
