Clothing/Weapons:  Her favorite colors are grey and black. She is usually found in her grey tank top and boy's black trousers. Her favorite black bandana almost always is found tied around her head. When Gathers come around, Siobahn will dress nicely, but most in nice boy's clothing. She is not comfertable in dresses at all.

Personality: 

 Siobahn is sweet, but not without fault. She's perfectly happy being who she is and enjoys having the friends that she has. Patience is something that Siobahn has been working on, since she has a very short fuse and accidently blows up at people who dont really deserve it. She is loyal to her friends, in fact Siobahn will not get angry if you make fun of her. She couldn't care less, but if you make fun or harass her friends she'll come down on you like a storm. She is very protective of the people she loves and will defend them at all costs. Siobahn cannot stand bullies and will not back down from a challenge when she knows, or at least thinks, she is in the right. Sometimes, Siobahn can be kinda rash in her decisions, especially if one of her friends has been hurt and that usually leads her to jumping to conclusions

History: 

 

Siobahn grew up on board the ship Callandra, named after her mother who died of firehead when she was ten turns old. Siobahn's father, Pertio, raised all five of his childern to the Sea Crafter. Siobahn's two elder brothers, Susilo and Caspyn, helped their father manage the ship and keep the crew in order. Mean while, Siobahn and her sisters Amelia and Samoan worked on repairing sails and making new ropes for the ship. Siobahn's family trade was in the fishing business. They would hunt for the largest most delicious fish, catch them and bring them back to port for selling or bartering with the surronding Holds. Siobahn loved it, the blue ocean and salty air. She was made her father's apprentice, like all his children, and begun to learn the art of fine SeaCrafting. From mending sails and ropes, to fixing fishing tact and learning the sea charts of were the best fish might be. Siobahn stayed with her father for nineteen turns, running the sails with her older brothers and tending her younger sisters when time permitted. She never gave much thought to being a DragonRider, though many a time she had seen wings flying overhead. No doubt going to sear the menace Thread from the sapphire sky.

She admired the dragonriders from afar, but never met one until the day they stopped in port at Ista. A Gather was being held and Holders as well as DragonRiders alike were there to celebrate. While her older brother and her father conducted business with the merchants, Siobahn slipped off into the crowd to look around. There she found wonderful things of a kind in which she was not familar. Berry pies fresh off the hearth, wooden carvens of firelizards and living Dragons! They were huge, beautiful creatures with glittering eyes. Oh those eyes, they were like stars! Siobahn stood transfixed for a moment, gazing up the seven dragons that were basking on the heights of the Hold. There was two green, two blue, a brown, bronze and a great gold queen. Siobahn couldn't believe it.

Little did she know that the second green, one Mrath by name, was bespeaking her rider, Zazperyn . Zaz was a SearchRider, come from on Search for Candidates. Zaz quickly found Siobahn, admiring a little wooden carving, painted like that of a gold firelizard. He introduced himself and informed Siobahn she had been Searched by her very Mrath. Greenrider Zaz went to Siobahn's father, informing him of the events that had took place. Utterly surprised but excited, Siobahn's father urged her to go on to Shadow Ridge Weyr. It was Siobahn's father who had given her the gold firelizard egg as a present for being Searched. This egg later hatched, bringing Siobahn's lovely queen Trax into the work. Packing her few personally belongings, Siobahn mounted with Zaz on her green Mrath and Siobahn was on her way to Shadow Ridge Weyr.
